Fall Education Program

LAHMA is pleased to announce that the fall training schedule has been set!   There will be a morning and afternoon session. A bagged lunch is included. Each session is $85 for members, $105 for non-members.

THE NUTS AND BOLTS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT-a comprehensive and interactive course reviewing basics in property management including receiving payments, accounting practices, tenant screening, habitability, work orders and mold.  This will be a two part session, morning and afternoon!!
